Nannyverse

Nannyverse was created to connect families and nannies in a smarter and faster way.  Nanny agencies charge thousands of dollars to find caregivers, and online caregiving sites are simply large marketplaces that are overwhelming to sift through.  Our founder, Dr. Ada Liberant, is a clinical and forensic psychologist.  Although there is a ton of research on personality compatibility, there is not much in the way of personality characteristics nannies should possess and how those particular traits fit particular families.  Dr. Liberant created a proprietary algorithm to narrow the search based on demographics, the family's needs and the results of a personality assessment test taken by both the family representative and the nannies.  As with any matching service, the family would then have the opportunity to review the candidates, schedule an in-person interview, and run all the necessary background checks.
